Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you get free access to the app when you sign up for an account with us. Get familiar with the Story method of memorizing. Use our Story Editor and Imagine Wizard to memorize something, and see if Homi is for you.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We do not offer a refund or cancellation. We offer a free trial so that you take an informed decision when make a purchase.
What are the payment options?
Our payments are handled by PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card to make your payment.
Do the subscription plans renew automatically?
Yes, the plan will renew automatically at the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription directly in your PayPal account or by writing to us.
Are my payment details safe?
We do not collect or store any of your payment details. You provide your card details only to PayPal which employs state-of-the-art security methods to keep your details safe.
